orange

1. baby blanket made by my aunt, ulrika lonna
2. purse i made from a thrift store dress
3. pinky leon! some may dispute his orangeness, but technically he's an orange tabby

orange soundtrack by led zeppelin:
Tangerine, Tangerine
Living reflections from a dream
I was her love, she was my queen
And now a thousand years between

(i couldn't think of songs with orange.)

Eventually, everyone sneaks their kitty loves in this exercise...

I love the colors and the blanket is GREAT. I've just started weaving for real, and I recognized it instantly as a traditional Swedish design and it made me so happy to think that there are people in Sweden still doing weaving as a handcraft and making woven gifts. Knitting and crochet and sewing are all the action over here, and actually having a loom and making gifts for people and babies and etc. with it seems so "far out" from here and I'm just gushing because that amazing blanket is just making me so damn happy!

Thanks for the eyeful!
