I love the idea that you can take a portrait of fruit. I've never really thought about fruit portraiture before, but now that you mention it, I like the sound. It's subtly anthropomorphizing in a very nice and gentle way.

ok scaredy-cat, i'm a little embarrassed to say it's an ikea plate i went there to stock up on swedish treats, and of course was sucked in by the polkadots.
the ghostis: i was being silly about the fruit portraits, but i agree it feels nice to say too. ;-)
